Very friendly staff, they always wanted to help and make us feel comfortable. 1.The food - never had worse food in a hotel in my life. What was left from breakfast - was put in to the launch meals - half of the food was uneatable. Some was old and spoiled. Many processed food and also imitation products - fake cheese with palm oils, etc. The food was almost the same every day. Snacks by the pool - most cheaper ready made cake - every single day + most cheaper ice cream I have ever tried.The same cake for breakfast too. 2.The cleaning. It was very dirty under the beds, the kids lost a toy and when we looked under the beds - it wasn't cleaned there for years :( The cleaning was only to throw away the garbage. I never heard of a vacuum cleaner. It was very noisy, I was hearing everything from the hallway and the other rooms. 3. The drinks - only fountain drinks - again most cheaper ones. The alcohol I only smelled, it was garbage. Only the beer was ok. 4. A very expensive taxi to go anywhere. And the location is very far from everything - no bus stop , no shops, no restaurants

“Could be a lovely place if they change the Music.”

Excellent hotel for the money with a really lovely big pool. I can't emphasize enough how much the experience is spoiled by the desperate music played at the pool. This is the only downside I have as the staff themselves were really lovely and helpful and the pool itself is excellent. All they need now is a Spotify membership to cater for all tastes

“Schönes ruhiges Hotel”

This is a nice hotel in a quiet setting. The rooms were perfectly fine and cleaned every two days, all equipped with air conditioning. The pool was lovely with loungers and a pool bar. The beach is within walking distance and not crowded; a 2‑person sunbed and umbrella cost 14 €. The hotel is relatively quiet, so a car is recommended. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location is great for exploring the surrounding area. The food and drinks (AI) weren’t up to our expectations—given the price, we expected better than a five‑star meal. We’d have preferred more regional dishes; daily fries, pasta, and rice left us full after a few days, so we often ate out. Other options were available, but we had to buy missing milk and cocoa for breakfast.

We had to gather our plates every meal! I had two reservations for seven people, and they never offered a single table for all of us to sit together.
