We stayed in this hotel in Astana as a group of four. During our stay one of our friends, who was an organizer of jewelry, lost a gold ring. It was part of a set: the earrings stayed, but the ring vanished. My friend is sure she kept it there. We asked the staff for help, but the issue remained unresolved. The security footage didn’t help clarify the disappearance. No employee apologized for what happened, and no compensation or alternative solutions were offered. The experience left a very unpleasant impression, both because of the loss and the hotel’s reaction. Personal safety and staff willingness to investigate such matters are crucial for us, and after this incident I cannot recommend the hotel.
