I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM and the receptionist frankly told me that my room had already been rented out to other guests and that no other rooms were available because of my late arrival. Even though the hotel had my credit card on file, they still couldn’t hold a room for me. It was incredibly unprofessional and damaged the hotel’s reputation.

“New, comfortable bed, well designed, clean and not too far from the airport”

The room was laid out really well – everything you need is right there, and the bed felt like a cloud thanks to that heavy duvet. It’s a brand‑new property, though I think they accidentally left out the fridge, which was a bit odd. Still, the space was comfortable enough that I didn’t mind the missing appliance.
