The room was incredible with a special traditional vibe to it. Amazing view with the most quiet atmosphere I have ever experienced. The staff was very helpful and service oriented. Many beautiful attractions in the surrounding mountains like hike trails, pagodas, small markets and flowers/fruits fields. There aren't any taxis so you should have a car or get a private driver beforehand

“Do not stay here!!!”

After riding a moped from Pai for 3 hours, I arrived to find the hotel closed. Despite booking 2 months ahead, I received a message 2 hours after my arrival that the booking had been cancelled. I’ve never experienced anything like this anywhere else.

The staff were committed. The room was extremely cold and dry, and there was no heating—only air conditioning. Even though the staff gave extra blankets, the temperature stayed uncomfortably low. The cottage lacked basic furniture such as chairs, making it hard to organize our luggage. The bathroom was small with sloping walls, so standing comfortably was impossible. The water in the bathtub was discolored, and the low pressure meant it took about 30 minutes to fill. There was no Wi‑Fi, and the staff’s attempts to fix the problems didn’t make up for the overall disappointment. The hotel advertised items like a safe and outdoor furniture that were not present in the room. Moreover, the hotel is 1.5 hours from the city center by car, so it’s practically inaccessible without renting a car.

The staff were adorable, the place was calm and out of the ordinary, perfect for a break in nature! The food selection was quite limited (only Thai food), but it was very good.
