The spot was great, and breakfast was decent enough even though it wasn’t very varied. But the room left a lot to be desired – no wardrobe, barely enough shampoo or shower gel, no holder for the bottles, and the toilet paper holder was missing. The bathroom felt damp and the room had a musty smell. Staff were thin on the ground; the front‑desk guy also ran breakfast, and housekeeping came after 12:30 on two of the seven nights, right when we were still on the beach.

Spot on location and the place was clean and comfy. Martin at the desk was friendly and helpful. The AC was a bit weak – we left it at 16°C for two nights and it barely felt that cool. Shower pressure was low and the spray hit the walls. It’d be nice if they offered beach towels too.

The accommodation was lovely and the location made it easy to hit the beaches and restaurants. The staff were super helpful, giving us great recommendations. The only gripe was that the room was hot when we arrived; a pre‑set AC a bit earlier would have helped. The fan didn’t blow cold enough either.

The staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was always just dough fritters, and when we asked for a room cleaning, the linens and towels weren’t changed – they just re‑arranged what was already there.

The rooms were modern, clean, and perfect for a short stay in Ksamil. Parking was available, though it felt a bit “Albanian” in style, and the location was close to many nice restaurants. The hotel staff were outstanding. However, the hotel is too small for a week‑long stay, and the nearby beaches are pricey and noisy party spots. We had to walk 30 minutes or drive to find a quieter, more reasonable beach.
