The place is well‑situated and even lets you stay with dogs. However, there’s no parking, the front desk is never staffed, and the phone there is unreachable because it’s the same number as the desk. In the room a loud alarm blares from the speaker about emergencies, the room is tiny, and the AC only works on seasonal settings—by September it’s already cold in the room but the AC still runs on cooling. Later the staff swapped me into a family room, which was a little better.

“The hotel is excellent, as is the location; there’s nothing to complain about. Слава Україні!”

The location is excellent, just a 15‑minute walk from the main station, and during Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine the hotel’s own shelter was crucial; I used it during nighttime airstrikes. Breakfast was perfect, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, answering questions and offering more advice than I asked for. I can honestly recommend it, and once the war ends my wife and I will definitely return to Kyiv and stay here. The nighttime airstrikes on Kyiv by Russian aggressors are outside the hotel’s responsibility.

A beautiful hotel with good connectivity, excellent service, and a Swedish‑style breakfast buffet. I definitely recommend it.

“Bom suficiente!”

The front‑desk man, Maguitte, is thin, wears glasses, and was kind and helpful—excellent. One of the receptionists, a blonde, strong woman, did the basics but wasn’t very welcoming. The location is… (negative).
