“Vorsicht: Bettwanzen und mangelhafter Service”

The location is good. I booked this hotel for a friend, and her stay turned out to be an absolute disaster. She was severely bitten all over her body by bedbugs in the room—extremely uncomfortable and a health risk! The subsequent service was disappointing: at the reception only a 30 % discount was offered at first; only after insisting was a 50 % discount promised. The refund was supposed to be on the account by Monday (the incident happened on Friday). When it was still missing on Wednesday, we had to follow up by email. Only then—on Thursday—was the money transferred, with a payment receipt attached and no comment. It feels as if nothing had happened without our reminder. Because of the acute pest infestation and the unreliable handling of guests, I strongly advise against this hotel.

The man at reception and the lady at breakfast were both excellent, kind and friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom too, and everything needed was available. Breakfast was very good. Thank you! The parking in this area is rather limited.

“Pension mäßigen Niveaus zu Preisen eines 5* Hotels”

Lage in der Nähe der S- und U-Bahn. Frühstück mit sehr eingeschränkter Auswahl, für einen Preis von 210 Euro pro Nacht nicht einmal das Niveau einer Jugendherberge
