Ndhovu Safari Lodge

I was greeted very warmly, and the breakfast and dinner were good. The game drives around the adjacent national park and the boat rides were great.

We had a fantastic time at the lodge because we booked a River Suite, which exceeded our expectations. We practically lived among the hippos and had a fantastic view of the buffalo park, seeing countless animals. The lodge’s location is wonderful. The dinner was served in a menu format and eaten together, meaning we were assigned a seat and tied to that spot. The meal took up to two hours, which was a bit long, and the people sitting next to us weren’t always pleasant; I would have liked more choice in a vacation. The food itself was very good.

“Tolle Unterkunft - empfehlenswert !”

We stayed in the newly built “Enclave” area and were thrilled. Our tent had a terrace right on the river. Food was served in the on‑site restaurant with a large terrace. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and the meat was freshly grilled. The Main Lodge was just a few minutes’ walk away – on its terrace there were hippos and a great view of the opposite park. The hosts were very friendly and the staff courteous. The boat trip was fantastic, especially since there weren’t many other boats around. The safari drive was also excellent. We would have liked to stay longer than the two booked nights.

“Eine tolle Lodge mit einmaliger Lage! Gegenüber der Lodge auf der anderen flussseite kann man Elefanten wie auch Hippos”

Die traumhafte Lage sowie die wirklich schönen Zelte / Zimmer. Der gebuchte Game Drive sowie die Flussfahrt war ein tolles Erlebnis. Ebenfalls das gemeinsame sehr leckere Abendessen mit den anderen Gästen war top! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
