I was impressed with the hotel's location, which was a major plus. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, as there were signs of neglect and insects present. The receptionist's decision to move me to a room that seemed long-unused was also concerning. To top it off, the plumbing issues and inflexibility with check-out time added to my frustration, and the photos didn't accurately represent the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely well-trained and provided excellent service. The facilities were top-notch, clean, comfortable, and modern, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was also perfect, just three blocks away from Murciélago beach in a residential area.
