The room was spotless and the kitchen was awesome—really great.

The public areas were filthy and no staff bothered to clean them.

The kitchen was in a terrible state, and the toilet door stayed ajar, so it wouldn't shut. See above.

The room and shower were spacious and the spot was great, but it was dirty, the other guests were rude, there were loads of flies, stains on the bed and room, and there were granola bar packages under the bed (?)… The kitchen was a real ordeal I don’t want to repeat.
