“bad outdated accommodation, never again”

We arrived expecting a four‑bed room, yet received only a double with a sofa bed, so we paid more for less. The staircase and hallways smelled awful, and guests were incredibly noisy throughout the guesthouse. The room had no kitchenette or coffee/tea equipment, and the shared kitchen was unusable because a celebration was happening, leaving a cigarette‑stained mess. We had to eat outside to avoid health risks. Street noise was audible through poorly insulated windows. Dust filled the room, water dripped from the heating, and neither bedside lamp worked—one lacked a bulb, the other had a broken one, plus a broken socket by the bed. At checkout, we chased staff to hand over keys; everything was locked and no one was available between 8–10. The building felt outdated and poorly maintained.

The rooms were clean, warm, and quiet at night, but the kitchen was not cleaned properly and there was a bad smell on the stairs.

This place has a lovely room that's both warm and spotless. The bed is super comfy, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and the building itself is cute. The outdoor balcony offers a great view of the mountains. The staff is also very friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay here! The atmosphere is lovely, the place is spotless, and the hosts are just amazing. They're so friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt really welcome, and we'll definitely come back.
