Location, air conditioning. The room and common areas were dirty; my bathroom had soap residue and previous guests’ shampoo sachets left in the shower, the air conditioner made a terrible noise every now and then, there’s apparently a clothing store next door with very loud music until late at night, and the breakfast was scanty and there wasn’t even milk for coffee despite breakfast at 8 am.

The staff were incredibly friendly at every turn, the place was very comfortable and spotless, and I would definitely return – I felt right at home.

The staff are very attentive and polite, the room is spacious with a King bed, everything is very clean, the room has air conditioning, and the location is excellent, close to everything. Highly recommended. The breakfast is very basic.

The bed comfort and air conditioning were great. However, the bathroom in Room 202 had an unpleasant odor, lacked sufficient lighting because the window faced the street, and every night I heard fights on the boulevard.
