The manager and housekeeping were extremely rude. When we asked for a room cleaning, they said they only clean on alternate days and never came, even though we were only in the room at night. One day, the housekeeping staff shouted at us, saying “We’ll do it according to our rules…Take your bags and leave.” I had already paid in full. At checkout I had to call the police; only then did the manager speak politely, which he could have done from the start. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, so I would not recommend staying here and suggest picking another good hotel nearby. The manager and house staffing were not good—very rude and arrogant.
