The room, pool, and rest of the hotel were nice and clean. The staff were very friendly; everyone we spoke to at the desk from Thursday evening through Sunday morning (8/6‑8/9) was always happy to help and even gave treats to my daughter. We accidentally locked ourselves out, but they quickly brought us back to our room and let us in. When we ran into the housekeeping ladies in the hall, they greeted us with a smile and asked how our day had been. We’ll stay again if we’re back in the area. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

The location was great and we felt safe; the drive to the State Fairgrounds was easy. The beds were very firm, which wasn’t what we expected.

The place was clean, the room was large, and breakfast options were nice. The curtain was partially unhooked at the top, letting in a lot of light at night, so I had to bobby pin it shut. The green smoke alarm light flashed continuously, and the bed was very hard.
