The location, cleanliness, service; the stairs that aren’t mentioned… to reach the hotel you climb stairs with all your luggage, but it’s worth it.

Very comfortable and the staff is the most friendly and courteous, clean, safe, and familiar; the view from the terrace is very nice. We struggled to park and access because you have to climb many stairs with luggage, but it’s worth it.

I stayed in the city center, and the room was very private and quiet with a super comfortable bed that really helped me relax. The digital entry system for the room was a bit troublesome, taking a long time to light up the screen and enter the code, so it might need some maintenance or replacement.
