I had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully maintained and spotless apartment, located in an ideal spot. The owner was incredibly responsive to my queries and even allowed me a late check-out, which was a huge plus. However, I did notice that the staff at the aparthotel seemed to treat guests from private apartments somewhat differently, which wasn't a criticism of the apartment owner, but rather a reflection of the aparthotel's management.
