The room and bed were very small; I paid for a premium room but received a low‑cost one, even though another room was available and they refused to refund the price difference, leaving me at a financial disadvantage.

The quadruple room was very spacious and clean, yet the included breakfast was extremely poor, the room lacked toiletries, housekeeping only provided fresh towels daily and never vacuumed, swept, or changed sheets during our entire six‑day stay.
