Kobe Plaza Hotel

The room and bathroom were clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were from POLA, and the bed made sleeping easy.

The hotel is so close to the station that you can see it from the JR platform, making the location perfect. There’s a free lounge with a wide variety of complimentary drinks, plus snacks and ice candy—great for a quick bite. Basic cleaning was done, but the fine details were lacking. The air‑conditioning vents, the fire alarm, the speaker, the sprinkler, and the ceiling were all covered in dust, and the hanger rack was piled with a terrifying amount of grime. I hope they improve this.

Fast service and a nice spot! I ordered 15 minutes before arrival. No issues.

The sofa was a bit hard, and I couldn’t see outside from the room, so I couldn’t gauge the weather. There was no clock or anything that showed the time.
