The place was very quiet, perched on a slight hill away from the tourist bustle, offering a view of the opposite Portoferraio. The terrace in a lovingly maintained garden was cozy and beautiful for breakfast and dinner, the meals were very good, and everything was spotless. All the employees were friendly, especially the German‑speaking manager.
