Location, service and the team's friendliness. They had very good gelatin at breakfast and the company of the sparrows was delightful. The towels were very worn, one even had a tear and only changed after we asked, and the bathroom could be cleaner. On one morning the breakfast juice was powdered, terrible. The TV had only one channel, the picture was awful and the volume wouldn’t increase.

The staff were super friendly and helpful; I needed scissors and a hair dryer and the hotel had them to lend, breakfast was simple but well served. I felt the closet lighting in the room was a bit lacking and the shower was a little weak.
