Nothing, STAY AWAY IF YOU WANNA SAVE YOUR LIFE and if I could rate it -1000 I would do it too!. ❌STAY AWAY – SERIOUS FIRE SAFETY CONCERNS! BROKEN PROMISE FO OWNER, UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT STAY AWAY ALL TOURISTS FOR YOUR OWN BEST! ❌ A fire broke out on the floor over my room, and staff initially told me everything was fine despite people screaming outside. I was only informed later that an electrical explosion had occurred. I was terrified, left Assiut a day early, missed my train to Cairo, lost sleep for days, and suffered a deeply traumatic experience. I have photos of my burned clothes and video evidence of firefighters. The owner promised to compensate me for my damaged clothing but has ignored all my messages since July 24, 2026. Additionally I was feeling sick a day and didn’t answer my boyfriends messages therefore my partner called to check on my safety, staff denied I was staying there, repeatedly hung up, and threatened him, all he wanted was to make sure I was okay…… Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about guest safety, staff conduct, and the owner’s accountability. I would strongly advise other travellers to consider these circumstances carefully before booking this hotel!!!
