The room itself was gorgeous, really liked the décor, but the stay was marred by a few annoyances. The laundry service was down, and we found dust and trash under the bed. We never got a personal key, so we had to ring the front desk every time we came back, and when we asked about a wine bottle that turned out to be charged, the staff just shrugged.

The staff were super friendly and everything was spotless, which made a good impression. The only downside was the bathroom – it’s shared and there’s no lock on the door, so privacy is limited.

I found the place to be warm, clean, and overall very pleasant. Ingrid was especially attentive and kind, and the air‑conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I’d definitely suggest staying here if you’re visiting the area.
