“Very short stay for a funeral but was good value , comfortable and just what we needed .”

Everything we needed (and more) in a small space. Comfortable and cozy, very clean and well supplied. Quiet location. The shower could have been stronger, and the mattress was a little saggy—being super critical here!

Within walking distance of my weekend event—a lovely stroll through the woods! Close to shops and restaurants, too. Comfortable rooms, thoughtful extras like milk, butter, Tunnock’s and pretzels. And very nice response when we needed extra bedding for the pull‑out bed (which we didn’t ask for ahead of time—apologies, Cheryl!). A simple information sheet about the washing/drying machine would be helpful 😊

“Beautiful place to stay while in aboyne”

I stayed in Aboyne and the place felt very homey, which we really appreciated, but we only brought two pillows each and preferred firmer ones, which is more our preference than a flaw of the property; we’d definitely return, just remember to bring a couple extra pillows, lol. Everything else was perfect, just needed more pillows.

The atmosphere, the size of the accommodation, the staff, and the cozy wood stove ready to be lit were all fantastic ❤️. Nothing to add.
