The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, but the real kicker was the extra charge for parking. We were expecting to pay a bit for parking, but the amount they charged was steep. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a bummer that we had to pay extra for parking, but overall it was a decent place to stay.

The hotel's location is one of its strongest selling points - right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, the noise from the nearby nightlife scene can be a real issue, especially if you're a light sleeper. The staff, unfortunately, didn't quite live up to expectations, seeming a bit disorganized and not particularly helpful when I needed assistance.

I'm not going to lie, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service was absolutely appalling, and I'm seriously considering posting a complaint online.
