The location was good. The staff service was poor and the hotel doesn’t have a place for guests on the roof. They need security at the elevator. We were in line and when the doors opened some people who weren’t staying at the hotel jumped in front of us and went into the elevator alone. Poor service for the guests.

The Esencia room I stayed in was serene, comfortable, and had lots of fabulous touches like slippers, Nespresso, and other unexpected treats. I also had a view of the cathedral which made the stay even more amazing. The staff was very friendly and generous with help, particularly the man at the reception desk. The rooftop bar had been closed for a private party the night I stayed there, and he took me up there when I checked out so I could see the view. This hotel gets my highest rating!. Nothing—it was fabulous
