The breakfast room felt like a cafeteria; when you walk in you can't tell if the table is clean, and it's unacceptable that in a four‑star hotel the table isn't set with cutlery, napkins, etc.

The staff were very helpful, yet it was hard to turn off the ventilation in the room to sleep better.

Breakfast, location, and room cleanliness were perfect! But there was no iron for clothes, which a traveler really needs.
