“Avoid this No maintenance hotel, when you want to travel with family and for pleasure”

I’m not going to sugarcoat it: this place is a disaster. The hotel’s upkeep is awful—rooms, linens, and washrooms are in terrible shape, and the drainage feels the same as the street. I barely stayed 15 minutes before I decided not to stay at all, and I refuse to give it a star for the filth. The photos on booking sites are completely misleading; you should inspect the room yourself before checking in. Once you pay, refunds are impossible, so double‑check the bedding and towels—none of them were fresh. I’ve never seen a place this bad, even compared to free rooms near temples in India.

The staff did help me locate the property because the map was wrong, but they charged more than the listed amount, which was frustrating. On top of that, there was no drinking water facility.

There’s nothing good about this place. I was told breakfast was free, but the hotel charged me. The location was far from what the hotel and Bookingdacom claimed, and I struggled to find the subway column number. The room smelled bad, was dusty, and not cleaned properly. I even paid 300 rupees for early check‑in, yet the hotel still seemed mismanaged.

I booked this hotel and traveled a long distance, only to be told the room was full when I arrived. The negligence and lack of apology were unacceptable.
