Very friendly, polite staff, good breakfast and great location. The hotel, on the outside, is pretty nice but the room needs a makeover and maintenance as it’s old, a bit dark because of the film on the windows, the furniture is also dark which makes the room not very pleasant to be in, it lacks comfort – for example, there is no armchair if you want to watch TV sitting and not on the bed.

Nothing pleased me; the photos on the booking site were misleading. The furniture was broken, the rooms smelled moldy, and there was no basic hygiene equipment.

Breakfast was tasty, simple, and complete. The location made it easy to reach the historic center’s shops. Everything at the hotel was simple, clean, and functional, and every staff member was always available and courteous.
