Having a private onsen in the room was awesome after a long day of hiking; the location is great if you’re into the theme park and has good bus connections. Reception staff were very friendly. I would have liked a wider breakfast selection.

The place is well‑located, but the cabins had their own onsens and the water to fill them was slow and not hot enough. They also don’t offer an onsen breakfast.

The room with a private onsen was spacious and cozy. The hotel also had two other onsens that you could book time slots for. A small breakfast buffet was available, and you could freely refill coffee, tea, or water during the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a laundry service. A free shuttle ran from a nearby bus stop to Fuji Station and Kawaguchiko Station. The location was a bit inconvenient without a car—you’d have to walk or take buses, both time‑consuming, though a taxi is an option if you can afford it.
