My wife and I recently spent a day at Bliss Hotel and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The overall ambience was great, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special mention goes to Mr. Thu Ran, whose exceptional customer service, warmth, and helpful attitude stood out. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. We had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

The villa matched the description, with a lovely garden and pool; the reception was perfect, and the managers were friendly and very pleasant. Parking and a restaurant are nearby, and it’s not far from interesting sights in the Caucasus. The breakfast was basic and the villas need better upkeep – it’s a shame because they’re nice but a bit outdated.
