The location was great and the check‑in lady was very pleasant and helpful, but parking is charged – this is the first Holiday Inn up there that does that.

The place is well located, yet the staff seemed to look down on guests, a vibe I noticed with other visitors too.

The bed was comfortable, though the floors were filthy.

Everything was very clean and the staff worked efficiently, but the hotel used paper plates, plastic cutlery, and disposable cups.

The hotel sits on the main strip with plenty of food options and a lot of entertainment within walking distance, but breakfast was not included in the stay.
