The room they gave me was already occupied, so they offered another one; underneath the bed there was a unique mess—clearly they never clean beneath the bed. The area under the beds was dirty, with beer cans, dust, and paper.

The description posted online does not match the actual room; it’s not a hotel, it just operates like a motel, yet it’s listed as a hotel on Booking. The only family room they claim to have is extremely dirty, smells of damp, full of mosquitoes, and the pool was not working. When we tried to cancel upon arrival because of the horrible room conditions, the hotel staff told us we could cancel but they wouldn’t refund; they directed us to talk to Booking, but Booking has no phone number—everything is by email—and they couldn’t fix the issue. In the end we cancelled the service and lost our money because no one took responsibility. I’m telling this so no one else falls for the same lie we did… DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY AT THAT PLACE!

The only good thing was how the staff handled the situation. The facilities sold one thing and delivered another: they’re dirty, uncomfortable, the walls are peeling paint, and the sheets were itchy.
