Dinner and breakfast were included, and I appreciated being able to take out a cup of coffee each day. The staff were kind, the amenities were good, the hair treatment left my hair silky, and the toothbrush was soft and appreciated. The hot spring was there, but the later it got, the dirtier it seemed, possibly due to poor drainage? The sauna was at 100 degrees.

Having meals in the morning and evening was a plus. The razor was bad and left me bleeding, haha.

I liked how close the station was, it was easy to find and convenient. I didn't notice the free dinner when I booked, so I wondered if it varied by person, but the staff surprised me at check‑in with a “here’s your dinner” offer. I couldn't eat it due to my own schedule, but it looked delicious and I was disappointed.

The dinner, breakfast, and the large public bath were all accessible even though it’s a chain. The bath was gender‑alternating, there was a sauna but no cold bath, and it would have been even better if the bath were separate by gender and had a cold bath.
