Hyatt Place Murfreesboro

The place was spotless, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

“our stay was very pleasant. The staff was kind and the complimentary breakfast has several choices”

The staff greeted me warmly, the breakfast was a pleasant bonus, and everything else worked perfectly.

“Great location and staff, but the rooms are lacking in freshness and smells”

The location was great and the staff were always helpful and kind, but the room I booked was the right size yet had a horrible mold smell that even my child thought was smoke, so I had to change rooms; the new room just a few doors down on the same floor still carried a musky mold odor.

The breakfast was awful—were those eggs? The potatoes were over‑seasoned with something I couldn’t identify.

I liked everything, especially the patient and great customer service from the front desk and the check‑in staff.
