The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed, yet some facilities need improvement: the hot water takes a long time to heat up and there are only a few on‑site amenities.

The hotel is tucked in a lush oasis amid the palm grove, away from the bustle of the old town; the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with caring, always‑available staff who are efficient and exceptionally kind; the traditional cuisine and generous breakfasts are superb.

This small 15‑room hotel offers quietness in the palm grove, a beautiful garden, and a large pool that could use renovation; the minimalist welcome left out even a water bottle, the breakfast (extra) was also minimal, Wi‑Fi didn’t work in our upstairs room, two outlets were poorly fixed, the upstairs corridor felt stuffy and unair‑conditioned even in the morning, only four loungers at the pool—two were worn—and the aging hotel needs a serious update.
