They told us, 10 minutes away, that no rooms were available and that we should go to another hotel at the airport instead. We kept asking them to cancel our reservation for a refund because we specifically booked to stay in the Medina, but they never did. Booking also never helped with anything, which was a huge disappointment. This place is a scam; please don’t book here.
