I was thoroughly disheartened by the hotel staff's intrusion into our room at 6:50 am, while we were still fast asleep. They entered the room with visitors, guided by the hotel staff, and we were left feeling disturbed and alarmed. When I called the desk to express my concern, they apologized for giving us an incorrect room number, but failed to provide any further explanation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with an impressive selection of amenities that catered to my diverse needs and preferences. I recently stayed at a hotel that had its fair share of mixed experiences. On the bright side, the hotel's location was absolutely ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a plus, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. However, the building's age showed in the small room size, which was cramped even for a group of four. The beds were comfortable at first, but the soft mattress ended up causing me back pain in the morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly average experience. The room was simple, but it met my basic needs.
