Some rooms feature balconies overlooking the city; others share modern bathrooms. The Intendente Metro Station is a 5‑minute walk, while Rossio, Baixa, and Bairro Alto are within 15 minutes on foot or a short metro ride. The airport lies 6 km away, reachable in 35 minutes by metro.

I didn't like anything at all, not even being able to check‑in; the accommodation had no power, we couldn't enter the room because a guest was inside and wouldn't leave, so we had to leave because the thought of just entering was unbearable. I didn't like anything, couldn't stay.

The place is about 20 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the metro, with many dining options, especially fast food nearby. The building is in an area where mostly immigrants live, giving a sense of insecurity. Something is being built right next door, and in the early morning there is a horrible noise. There is access to a shared kitchen, equipped, but I was reluctant to cook and the food disappeared from the fridge. The room was small and very poorly sound‑insulated.

The staff were very nice and the facility was clean, but the toilet rolls were low quality.

The proximity to the metro is great, there’s a fan in the apartment, the beds were made every day, there was a single bed in the room with a double bed for my 3‑year‑old, and there was always someone at the front desk. The noise from the elevator or entrance doors can be loud at times, but it could be improved to make it even more pleasant; it didn't stop us from having a good stay. The mattresses were a bit hard, but in Portugal that’s the trend, so I guess that's the norm.
