The spot was great, comfy, spotless, and the staff were friendly.

The room stayed tidy and cozy, and there’s a shared kitchen where you can brew tea or coffee and use a fridge, plus my own small fridge in the room; the place is in a fantastic spot with restaurants, cafés, bars, a small supermarket nearby, and a 15‑minute walk to the train station/Flixbus stop, and Andrea, the host, was great and gave solid tips on what to see in Lucca and where to eat, but be ready for a bit of street noise if your room faces the road.
