Honestly, the worst hotel experience I've ever had - no one was around to help us at reception, my partner and I had to find another place to stay because no one answered our calls. The management clearly doesn't care about their guests, it's shocking.

The service here was literally the worst I've ever come across - that's saying something. I guess that's what I got for choosing this place.

This hotel's location is super convenient, right on the highway, and the rooms were really comfortable and spacious with all the amenities. There are plenty of food options and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. My only gripe is having to lug my luggage upstairs and down - a small price to pay, though.

The rooms here are pretty big, which is a plus, and the food court downstairs is open from 11am to 11pm, so you can grab a bite whenever. However, my room was in need of some serious maintenance - the air conditioning wasn't cooling, just blowing air, and the hot water wasn't working right, but the staff did let me shower in another room, so that was a lifesaver. Overall, it's a bit of a mixed bag, but the convenience of the food court and room size are definite perks.
