The location and on‑site restaurant were great, but the room smelled terribly right after I entered, and the odor lingered even with the window open. There were no proper storage spots in the room or bathroom, and the carpet was stained.

The hotel sits right at the far end of Kazimierz, just above the Vistula, which let our dog run off‑leash. We walked from the Spichlerz, crossed the embankment and after about four minutes were on a wild riverside beach – the pup was thrilled, and we fell in love with the food, especially the duck‑filled pierogi. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and escape the tourist crowds.
