“Noisy, uncomfortable and disappointing customer service.”
The location super convenient. The bed was too hard for my liking, although that’s a personal preference. Traffic noise and neighbours talking and shouting until late made it very difficult to sleep. There was also no fridge to keep water or drinks cold. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. I couldn’t find the property and contacted them for help, but received no response. Later, I contacted them again about ask gently if can stay one more day but still nothing. They only replied late in the afternoon, after I had already checked out, when their response was no longer useful. A real shame
