“Perfect for a weekend in Loutraki”

The property had just been renovated and was very clean; it’s perfectly close to the beach, shopping and the bus station. The ladies at breakfast and cleaning were always very friendly. The hotel offered a sauna and a jacuzzi spa that could be rented by the hour at a reasonable price. However, the room size was listed as 20 m², but even with the balcony included it didn’t reach that size. There was no place to open or store your suitcase. The word “Luxury” should be omitted because the bathroom flooded after every shower (not a drainage issue) and there were no bathrobes.

Breakfast was good and the hotel’s location was convenient, yet I wouldn’t call the room luxurious; it was really small. Even though the room was decorated nicely, the huge artificial flower vase took up unnecessary space in the cramped room. The hotel has beautiful marble floors, but that doesn’t make the tight rooms feel luxurious. Rooms 107 and 207 had small windows on the upper edge of the room and no views. This room type is also more expensive than the standard room that comes with a balcony. Quite unusual! The listing claimed the room included a patio, but that’s not true because the building has none. Most rooms have balconies, so make sure you book a balcony room if you want one. We could have switched to a balcony room for an extra €40 per day, which didn’t appeal, given how pricey the hotel already is. Our room had a good bed and a good pillow selection, but the bathroom was tiny! The floor waves throughout the space after every shower and the bathtub floor is also very slippery! There aren’t enough hooks for towels, but there is plenty of space for toilet supplies. There is one wardrobe that can’t fit two travelers’ clothes, especially since there are no shelves. The automatic bathroom light was frustrating; it went out mid‑shower and turned on at night, which was very disturbing for the roommate. The automation can’t be turned off. Luckily the weather suited our stay.

“Comfortable, great 24hr access to the hotel. Very pleasant all round.”

Breakfast was excellent, the 2 female staff, Katerina and Mirella were amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. Hotel was clean, beautiful inside, comfortable and classy, and all staff were amazing. There were 2 showeheads in the shower and the larger one wasn't connected. Not a very big deal, got by very well with the other showerhead but why have the larger one there if it wasn't going to work. doesn't make a very good impression
