The setting was calm, quiet, and soothing, and the restaurant area was well kept and pleasant. The jacuzzi water didn’t look clean, and the spa area seemed a bit neglected. Overall the hotel felt relaxed and tranquil, like it had its heyday. The Wi‑Fi was slow and poor.

The hotel would have been fabulous if it weren’t so poorly maintained, lacking upkeep, staff, and general care. Physically it has everything, but most facilities are practically inactive. The internet was very bad, breakfast offered few and limited options, and the quantity was low. No face towels, the TV was very small, and there was no phone to contact reception. Cleaning left something to be desired.

We were charmed by the beautiful place, the calm, and the friendliness of everyone who works there. My partner and I enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi a lot. The only thing we didn’t like was that the floor gets very wet after the shower, so a mat or something would be nice. Also the TV control was missing; only the Roku was available and we couldn’t lower the volume. Aside from those details, nothing negative, everything was superb.

The rooms were clean and the surroundings pleasant, but the heated pool was oddly cold and you had to book a slot for the jacuzzi. There was no phone line to reach reception from the room, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.
