There was nothing positive to note. When we arrived the reception was just a makeshift desk with a computer, no one was attending, and a poorly presented lady came over, served us reluctantly and charged us an extra $43,000 for a fee they claim you normally collect. They then sent us to a room with a bathroom in bad condition; after we complained we were moved to a family‑type room with beds everywhere, nothing like the pictures. The surrounding area was full of street‑inhabitants, litter, and filthy streets, making it feel unsafe – a place I would not go back to.
