I found the place beautiful and close to the Haram.
Everything else was fine, but the air conditioning in the room was set to auto stop and the remote didn't work well enough to turn it on easily.
I recommend Beyza Hotel for anyone who wants to be near the Haram Mosque, a 20‑minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready for guests. Thank you and I will book again for my next Umrah at Beyza Hotel. Thanks again for the warm welcome.
They should pay more attention to the hotel and its facilities; the location is very good for being near the Haram, but the attention is very weak; please reduce the number of beds in the rooms to free up some space. The facilities are cramped.
