This B&B is very close to Rome Termini Central Station, making transport easy, and it’s also near the metro and bus stops. It’s located in an old apartment building, so you need to contact the host on WhatsApp ahead of time to arrange check‑in steps. The room décor is excellent and very comfortable, and breakfast is ordered from the kitchen across the street and delivered to the room, and it’s very generous.

The cleaning was good, but the single bed was too small for a good night’s sleep. I wouldn’t stay there again. Also, the rooms have an excess of fragrance, which isn’t suitable for allergy sufferers.

The location was very good and the staff were eager to help. The rooms were super clean, but the bathroom was small and the room itself was quite cramped. My room wasn’t the one shown in the photo and there wasn’t even enough space to put my luggage. Still, when I go to Rome again I’ll stay here because of the cleanliness, location, brand‑new room, and great staff. The entrance was a bit scary… but I think that’s the style of most of Rome. The elevator is old and a little intimidating, but that’s all. As I said, I plan to return.
