The place itself is exceptional, the view is spectacular, the restaurant is very good plus the breakfast is top, and the staff is very friendly. However, clicking on “join the itinerary” on Booking sends you to a location that has nothing to do with the city center while the hotel is on the outskirts, 9 km from the real spot, a 20‑minute drive. After an 8‑hour motorcycle ride, having to fight like that is unpleasant. When I arrived in the room I realized the cleaning had not been done properly (trash not emptied, hair and fur in the bed, bath towel and soap from previous guests still there). The cherry on top: no hot water in the shower + the heating didn’t work. It was freezing in the room (very difficult night). I woke up furious and exhausted.

We appreciated Yacine’s commitment and availability despite his workload; Merouane was also very helpful and friendly. The buffet and all the morning staff we met were great. The hotel is an asset to the city of Béni Mellal. The establishment lacks a touch of maintenance of the equipment; I hope the managers will address it.

The room was spotless, the AC worked well, the bathroom was clean, the vibe was good, the view of the mountains was perfect, the staff were friendly, and Yamine offered a free breakfast that made me really happy with the service – thank you Yamine for the warm welcome.
