Located near Arikikapakapa Golf Course and Whakarewarewa Thermal Village, it's a 5-minute walk from the Pohutu Geyser and a 10-minute drive from Rotorua Airport.

You get what you pay for. It’s old and needs updating. For the most part it was clean but it was run down. The host were friendly and helpful and the daily housekeeping was a nice surprise. Having free WiFi that was fast and access to Netflix was also a nice change. Even though it was clean, it didn’t feel clean due to it needing updating eg paint chipping off, mold on shower window, taps had hard water erosion, stains on table chairs. Also bring extra blankets as the ones provided were thin

The location was perfect, right next to a BP for convenience and ideal for tours and trips, but the heating was missing.
