The breakfast was excellent and served at a convenient time, with staff who were friendly and helpful and an overall relaxed vibe. Towels were plentiful and clean, though the chair in the room was too high for my short legs.

Breakfast was hot and tasty, but the room felt very old‑fashioned, and a strong-smelling plug‑in air freshener was stuck outside the door. The building clearly needs a fresh coat of paint, and the shower was unusable because it was over the bathtub.

The hotel sits right in the town centre, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. There was nothing to complain about.

Good value for the money and a nice location, but the rooms were dated, especially the bathrooms.

The place had a nice homely feel, plenty of tea, coffee, and milk for brewing, a bathtub, and a spacious room. It was a bit cold because there was no heating.
